👩‍💻 The Role

Join the Inventory Operations Team at Headout, where the primary goal is to seamlessly connect Headout experiences directly with our Supply Partners. In this role, your actions will directly enhance the experiences of both our customers and partners. If you're technologically inclined, thrive on automation, and relish problem-solving each day, this position is tailor-made for you.

🤩 What Makes This Role Special?

• Scale: As Headout expands, your contributions will be pivotal in ensuring that we can accommodate more customers by successfully linking our experiences with our suppliers, minimizing manual interventions.

• Solve: Take charge of identifying connectivity challenges, prioritizing them, and owning the solution from start to finish. Your efforts will significantly influence the experience of Headout's customers and partners.

• Collaborate: Engage with individuals both inside and outside Headout to refine processes and troubleshoot challenges. This includes collaborating with our Market Managers, Engineers, Ops Managers, and Supply Partners.

• Analyze: Delve into reports centered on output and effort metrics, extracting insights that drive strategic actions to tackle pertinent challenges.

💝 What Skills & Experience Do You Need?

• Experience: 0-1 years in operations or as a business analyst.

• Technical Proficiency: A foundational understanding of SQL and Excel.

• Communication: Strong communication capabilities coupled with a history of collaborating with cross-functional teams.

• Data Analysis: Experience in dissecting data sets and crafting optimal solutions to eradicate the core issues.

• Reporting: Skill in generating reports on team KPIs and effort metrics.

➕Bonus

• Familiarity with diverse automation processes, like API Integrations, across various process modules.

• Hands-on experience with Google Sheets automation.

• Aptitude to work with vague problem statements and the ability to devise solutions backed by sound reasoning.

Summary: Join Headout's Inventory Operations Team to enhance seamless connectivity between Headout experiences and our Supply Partners. Responsibilities:

• Ensure the successful linking of Headout experiences with suppliers to minimize manual processes as the company scales.

• Identify connectivity challenges, prioritize them, and take ownership of solutions from start to finish.

• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including Market Managers, Engineers, Ops Managers, and Supply Partners, to refine processes and resolve challenges.

• Analyze reports on output and effort metrics to derive insights for strategic action.

Required Skills:

• 0-1 years of experience in operations or as a business analyst.

• Basic understanding of SQL and Excel.

• Strong communication skills and experience working with cross-functional teams.

• Experience in data analysis and crafting solutions to eliminate core issues.

• Ability to generate reports on team KPIs and effort metrics.
