The test driver performs tire tests in accordance with prescribed methodologies, test procedures, and a set work plan, both in normal road traffic and, where applicable, on closed test circuits.

You are responsible for the complete handling of test tires, including mounting, dismounting, and correct inflation according to the given instructions. You will perform regular checks of the test tires – before, during, and after the test.

This role also involves driving long distances, performing regular checks on the test vehicle before and after driving (basic knowledge of automotive systems and mechanics, e.g., notice unusual vehicle or tire behavior and identify vibrations, noises, pulling, irregular wear) . These activities include verifying that the load is properly stored and secured, checking operating fluids, visually inspecting the entire vehicle, and ensuring that the vehicle remains in working order after the work shift.

The Tire Testing will be based in the North of Portugal nearby to our facilities. 

• 12th grade;​

• Mandatory driver license certification​

• Professional driver license certification​ (preferred)

• 3 years of experience as a driver without criminal records;​

• Previous experience as a driver, fleet driving, long-distance driving; taxi or logistics (preferred);​

• Defensive Driving Knowledge (preferred)​

• Know-how in Automotive Mechanics (preferred)​

• Written and spoken English language skills (preferred)​

• Availability to work by shifts

• Good communication skills;​

• Teamwork and intercultural competence​

• Willing to travel

• High level of commitment
