Test & Automation Engineer

We are currently expanding our operations in Prague and are looking for a motivated Test & Automation Engineer to join our dynamic team.

The Test & Automation Engineer will serve as the local point of reference for routine testing and production automation.
Knowledge of automation software and schematics is essential, while proficiency in LabVIEW is considered an asset. The role requires the ability to work independently, demonstrate versatility, and show a strong willingness to continuously learn to stay abreast of the latest technologies and regulatory developments.

As a Test & Automation Engineer, your responsibilities will include:

• Be the production referent for Routine Test to ensure the quality of prototyping, pre-series and mass production.
• Be the local referent regarding the automation and LabVIEW application.
• Implement technical data in ERP & PLM software.
• Update documentation following the production feedback.
• Design and develop automation software addon and hardware in accordance with CE norms.
• Be the back-up of Schematic Engineer for Industrialization of bundles.

Requirements:
We expect the ideal candidate to have:

• A degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• Demonstrated experience in the design of electrical diagrams, preferably in the railway field.
• Familiarity with testing tools and frameworks.
• Strong adaptability and versatility to adapt to various project needs.
• Good communication skills in English to effectively liaise with global teams and customers.
• A proactive attitude, ability to work independently as well as in a team, and willingness to learn.
• Knowledge of power electronics or railway technology is an advantage.
