Test Assistant (3-Month Contract)

We are hiring two motivated and detail-oriented test assistants
to support our technical team in executing and documenting test procedures. These are temporary, full-time positions ideal for individuals who enjoy hands-on work, problem-solving, and working in a dynamic environment.

Comprehensive training and day‑to‑day guidance will be provided to help you succeed in this role. You will work closely with experienced team members and gain exposure to a variety of testing procedures, equipment setups, and field environments.

You will:

Execute detailed test plans and procedures

Accurately document test results and observations

Set up and tear down audio conferencing systems (up to 50 lbs)

Troubleshoot and resolve equipment or setup issues as they arise

Drive to multiple locations within the Calgary area to support testing activities

Follow established processes and maintain a high level of accuracy in all documentation

Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth testing operations

Complete other duties as assigned

You have:

A high school diploma

Strong communication and teamwork skills

A willingness to learn and the ability to adapt to new tools and processes

Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)

A valid Class 5 Driver’s License with a clean driving record

Nice to have:

Experience with Microsoft Teams or Zoom

Familiarity with basic troubleshooting of computer systems
