12+ Years of experience in defining Test Architecture, Automation Test platform Delivery and Test Consultancy Experience in governing testing engagements and should have played point fo contact role for delivering testing services Hands-on knowledge on mobile test solutioning including perfecto mobile and other tools like c-test Should be conversant with functional and performance test automation Should be able to provide direction in choosing the right models and optimizing the existing test processes and methodologies Should have sound knowldge on various Testing methodologies, life cycle models Should have experience in delivering Agile, Lean SDLC models and related tools and technology Should be able to provide direction for the customers in migrating from traditional testing methods towards upconing and cutting edge methods like TDD, Data Driven Testing, Service virtualization etc Should be able to provide solution during various phases in ensuring quality including development, Integration Testing, Regression Testing Experience in setting up Test Labs for large engagements Good hands in multiple Automation Test Frameworks and tools like Quality Center, QTP, Selenium Should have worked on opensource testing tools, usage of scripting languages in creating automation test scripts (Dart, Apps Script, NodeJS etc) Knowledge of Design Patterns, SOA methodologies Experience in setting up End-to-End Managed Testing Services
