Your Responsibilities

GESTIÓN DE CUENTAS
Cumplir con la cifra de ventas fijada en el Plan Comercial de Olympus Iberia.
Promover los productos OLYMPUS en la zona asignada.
Dar soporte al cliente así como gestionar todas las incidencias relacionadas con el desarrollo de la actividad diaria habitual.
Confeccionar presupuestos a los clientes y elaborar las ofertas.
Ayudar a la gestión de los cobros con los clientes: reclamaciones, condiciones de pago y facturación, etc., acordes con las políticas internas establecidas para toda la organización.
Preparar y elaborar la documentación requerida para los concursos públicos.
Asistir a intervenciones en directo para realizar demostraciones del producto (Operation Patient Demostration).
Realizar cursos de formación al cliente en coordinación con el personal del Servicio Técnico.
ASISTENCIA CONGRESOS Y REUNIONES
Asistir a congresos (meetings científicos) o cualquier evento con el objetivo de promocionar y dar a conocer lascaracterísticas de los productos de OLYMPUS.
Participar en las reuniones de ventas de la división/línea de negocio donde se requiera su presencia.
Realizar cursos de formación técnica de producto en la sede Central Europea, así como en los propios cursos realizados
por Olympus Iberia.
GESTIÓN Y REPORTING DE LA ACTIVIDAD DIARIA
Controlar y reportar la actividad diaria mediante la herramienta CRM para afianzar el cubrimiento de los objetivos
establecidos, realizar el seguimiento de las ventas así como la detección de oportunidades de negocio.

Your qualification

Estudios: Preferiblemente Grado o Licenciatura Universitaria (ADE, Económicas, Ciencias de la Salud, etc.).
Experiencia previa: Se requiere experiencia en el sector hospitalario, comercializando productos sanitarios y realizando visita médica. Preferiblemente entre 3 y 5 años en un puesto similar.
Idiomas: Inglés nivel B1-B2.
