Accountabilities:

As a Territory Business Manager, you will play a crucial role in influencing customer prescribing behavior to achieve sales targets. You will develop your territory and build strong customer relationships to maximize sales volume and market share of designated products. Your responsibilities will include:

• Implementing sales strategies and tactics in line with company policies.

• Monitoring territory sales performance and initiating actions to meet objectives.

• Facilitating the enlistment of new and key products in hospitals and clinics.

• Conducting market and competitor analysis to identify business opportunities.

• Participating in promotional activities to increase product awareness.

• Continuously updating customer classification, databases, and call records.

• Building trust and credibility with customers while adhering to the AZ Code of Conduct.

• Identifying areas for self-development and discussing needs with your manager.

Essential Skills/Experience:

• Graduate degree in Science/Pharma

• Passion for Sales

• Interpersonal, influencing, and negotiation skills

• Excellent Communication Skills
