Job Description:

Assignment Description/Responsibilities: 

SOLID developer needed for new development, maintenance and application enhancements. This group handles all custom development of tools and apps for internal use as well as customer reporting solutions for end customers. It is a small IT group within a much larger organization, and as such, candidates need to be very well rounded. I.e. a little analysis, development, testing, support, on both the database. 

Candidates will deal with other technical and non-technical personnel to understand requirements, translate the requirements into a design, code it, test it and then maintain and enhance as needed.

Additional Information:

Project is for BCBS’ HI-Touch accounts, specifically HEB and American Airlines; Hi-touch is basically just like it sounds (because they are enterprise, key customers, they get a higher level of interaction and service from HCSC).

Work Environment:

business casual; deadline intensive, small IT centric group but sit on the business side; group handles analytics and information management; very customer focused; typical 8-5 for the most part
