Coordinate and track compliance with client tender requirements, including submission instructions, templates and deliverables
Support the preparation, collation and final formatting of bid documents for internal review and client submission
Assist with internal approval processes and ensure required governance steps are followed
Facilitate clear communication across the bid team and the client, helping to resolve information gaps and follow up on outstanding inputs and dissemination of information from client procurement portals
Contribute to continuous improvement by capturing lessons learned and supporting consistency across bids in line with the WT Tendering Toolkit
Contribute to the ongoing maintenance and development of centralised resources and templates stored in the tendering toolkit
Key Interfaces
