About the Role
We are excited to open an internal opportunity for the role of Tenant Relations Team Leader (TRTL).
In this role, you will lead the Tenant Relations team, ensuring exceptional service delivery and a seamless tenant experience across all touchpoints. You will oversee daily operations, manage escalations, and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Facilities, Leasing, and Finance.

Key Responsibilities
Tenant Experience & Service Delivery
• Ensure prompt and high-quality handling of tenant requests
• Maintain strong tenant satisfaction and identify service improvement opportunities
Team Leadership & Development
• Supervise daily team activities and performance
• Provide coaching, guidance, and continuous feedback
• Foster a high-performance and engaged team environment
Escalation Management
• Handle and resolve tenant escalations efficiently
• Ensure timely closure and coordination with relevant stakeholders
Move-in / Move-out Coordination
• Oversee smooth onboarding and exit processes for tenants
• Ensure coordination across teams for seamless transitions
Tenant Communication & Engagement
• Ensure clear, timely, and professional communication with tenants
• Support community engagement initiatives and tenant satisfaction efforts
Reporting & Continuous Improvement
• Maintain accurate records and reporting
• Analyze trends and recommend process or system improvements
Requirements:
What We’re Looking For
• Strong experience in customer service, tenant relations, or property management
• Proven leadership or supervisory experience
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work cross-functionally
• Strong attention to detail and data-driven mindset
