As a Tenant Operations Manager (f/m/d) at Wunderflats, you will own the tenant experience across a portfolio of mid-term rental apartments. You ensure tenants feel supported throughout their stay while protecting apartment condition and booking continuity. By resolving issues quickly, kindly, and effectively, you help maintain high satisfaction, strong reviews, and reliable operations — a pivotal role for delivering a seamless rental experience at scale.

YOUR MISSION

• Act as the main point of contact for tenants during their stay, ensuring a smooth and positive rental experience from move-in to move-out.

• Resolve tenant requests efficiently and professionally, prioritizing issues that impact satisfaction, reviews, or booking continuity.

• Coordinate operational topics such as check-in, check-out, keys, Wi-Fi, maintenance, repairs, and complaints, including performing regular on-site apartment visits.

• Ensure apartments are ready for upcoming tenants by identifying and addressing issues early, minimizing vacancy risk.

• Collaborate closely with internal teams to keep listings functional, well maintained, and continuously rentable.

• Identify recurring issues or patterns in tenant feedback and proactively flag improvement opportunities.

• Document all tenant interactions and operational updates accurately to support transparency and operational insights.

• Support booking continuity by facilitating extensions, early move-outs, and quick turnaround between tenants.

YOUR PROFILE

• Excellent communication skills in both English and German, with the ability to remain friendly, calm, and solution-oriented in challenging situations.

• Strong customer-oriented mindset with a genuine motivation to help people and solve problems.

• First experience in customer support, hospitality, operations, property management, or similar roles is welcome.

• High level of ownership and reliability when managing multiple requests at the same time.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, especially when documenting issues and coordinating follow-ups.

• Proactive in identifying potential risks to tenant satisfaction or apartment availability.

• Motivated to improve processes and contribute to a consistently high service standard.
