Location: Secretly Distribution’s Warehouse in Bloomington, IN
Reports to: Head of Warehouse & Logistics

Position Summary: Secretly is seeking two part-time, temporary Warehouse support positions that will flex between the Inventory and/or Fulfillment Teams as necessary. This role involves efficiently picking and packing a high volume of orders, assisting with the slotting of inventory, performing inventory cycle counts, helping with re-work/sticker jobs, and general warehouse operations. Day-to-day responsibilities include using a mobile staircase to access high-level storage and operating a pallet jack.
Responsibilities:
Pick orders of 12” vinyl records, 7” vinyl records, CDs, and cassettes by hand, using customer pick slips as a reference, ensuring items and quantities match customer requests.
Perform basic quality control checks after picking to ensure order accuracy.
Pack orders into SD packaging and prepare shipments for dispatch.
Assist with cycle counts to help maintain accurate inventory.
Assist with facing and organizing warehouse aisles to maintain a safe working environment.
Assist with re-work/sticker jobs by affixing an updated labels to the package
The Ideal Candidate Demonstrates:
Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
Capable of prolonged periods of standing, walking, bending, crouching, and reaching during shifts.
Ability to climb and descend mobile staircases safely while carrying items.
Must work in non-climate-controlled environments (hot, cold, or humid conditions).
Manual dexterity to handle small items like CDs, vinyl records, and cassettes.
Physical stamina to handle a fast-paced, high-volume warehouse environment.
