Are you reliable, outgoing, personable and detail oriented? Do you go out of your way to make peoeple feel helped? Debartolo Performing Arts Center is in search of Ticket Office Assistants. Ticket Office Assistants are the face of the center. They assist patrons with ticket purchases, will call and ticket pick up, account questions, and general FAQs about the DeBartolo Performing Arts Center.
The ideal candidate would be someone who had excellent communcation skills, have the ability to solve problems in a fast paced enviroment, the ability to enter data in a tecnical system and feels comfortable with a computer. 
Hourly rate: $15 - $16.
 
Schedule expectations:
Nights and weekends are often required.
Immediate need is for help in the month of May, Monday - Friday, noon - 6 p.m. with some evenings. Limited hours in the month of June.
July, Monday - Friday noon - 5 p.m. with some evenings/weekends. August noon - 5 p.m. with some evenings/weekends.
Minimum Qualifications
•  Be reliable
•  Be professional and outgoing 
• Have excellent communication skills
• Be able to problem solve quickly in a fast-paced environment
• Be comfortable and skilled with computer data entry
• Be proficient using a computer
• Be detail oriented
Preferred Qualifications
• Prior customer service experience
• Prior money handling and point-of-sale experience
• Appreciation for the performing arts (although prior performance is not required)
• Although all applicants are welcome, the ideal candidate is a current Notre Dame student.
