Temporary Pharmacist — Holiday Coverage
• Type: Temporary, full-time (seasonal) — immediate start
• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM (40 hours/week)
• Duration: ASAP through mid-January (holiday coverage); high likelihood of per-diem opportunities afterward
• Location: On-site at Good Pill (Lawrenceville / Sugarloaf Mills area)
• Compensation: Hourly, competitive and commensurate with experience

What you’ll do (day-to-day)
• Accurately prepare, fill, and verify prescriptions in a high-volume mail-order pharmacy alongside pharmacists and pharmacy technicians.
• Perform clinical checks and pharmacist-level verifications for technician-prepared fills.
Record and communicate clinical interventions, corrections, and patient counseling in the chart.
• Coordinate with Patient Navigation and fulfillment teams to ensure timely shipments and a strong patient experience.
• Operate pharmacy management/dispensing software to process orders, create labels, and confirm accuracy.
• Follow state and federal pharmacy requirements and Good Pill standard operating procedures.
Required qualifications (must-have)
• Active pharmacist license to practice in Georgia.
• At least 2 years of full-time retail pharmacist experience; high-volume retail settings preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and a proven track record of dispensing accuracy.
• Available to begin immediately and able to commit to Monday–Friday coverage through the holidays.
Preferred / helpful experience
• Familiarity with Guardian, CarePointRx, or similar dispensing systems.
• Prior experience in mail-order, fulfillment, or other high-throughput pharmacy operations.
