New Frontier Immigration Law is looking for a team of Temporary Legal Assistants to support our Legal Team.
This is a 4-month contract.
MUST
Be Bilingual (English/Spanish)

Role Objective
Our Legal Assistants will act as a connection, providing product/services information and resolving developing problems that our clients might face with precision and competence.
The best Legal Assistants are genuinely delighted to help customers. They’re tolerant, empathetic, and intensely communicative. They love to talk. Customer service representatives can put themselves in their clients’ shoes and advocate for them when necessary. Customer feedback is priceless, and our Remote Bilingual Legal Assistant (Contract Position) can gather it for us. Problem-solving also comes naturally to customer care specialists.
They're confident in troubleshooting and investigating if they don’t have enough knowledge to fix the problem.
Your goal will be to ensure exceptional service standards and sustain high customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities/Duties
Handle high amounts of incoming calls
Draft immigration forms
Identify and evaluate customers’ needs to deliver satisfaction
Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive discussion
Provide accurate, valid, and comprehensive information by using the right methods/tools
Manage and update assigned cases every month
Manage complaints, provide proper solutions and options within the time limits; follow up to secure resolution
Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents
Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
Go the extra mile to engage customers
Requirements
English fluency, able to read, write, and speak with complete ease and near perfection
Working business hours in the Arizona time zone.
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university, preferred, not required.
Prior experience as a legal assistant or paralegal is preferred.
Passion for immigration law and demonstrated commitment to social justice and our mission.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Highly organized and detail-oriented; must be able to work in a multi-tasking fashion.
Strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to advocate with governmental and other organizations.
Ability to effectively manage a large caseload
Experience working with diverse populations, especially non-native English speakers
Must be able to effectively communicate with clients of diverse cultural and language backgrounds.
Some proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative
Strong phone administration skills and active listening capabilities
Customer orientation and capacity to adapt/respond to different types of characters
Exceptional communication and presentation skills
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and control time effectively
This position is work from home and requires you to have reliable high-speed internet and a reliable computer, headset, microphone, and video camera
Compensation
$20k - $22k MXN Monthly
