Job Description

We are seeking temporary audit support to accelerate the completion of the 2024 audit and ensure the 2025 audit is completed on an expedited timeline ahead of March 2026.

This role requires a strong understanding of manufacturing environments, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to operate quickly within tight audit deadlines. This role is execution-heavy and ideal for someone early in their audit career who thrives in structured, deadline-driven work.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Prepare supporting schedules, tie-outs, reconciliations, and audit documentation
• Perform testing procedures, vouching, and data verification
• Assist with cleanup of data inconsistencies between PLM → ERP systems
• Maintain audit request lists, documentation trackers, and follow-up logs
• Support senior staff and auditors with sample requests and data pulls
• Organize documentation to ensure audit readiness
• Perform variance analyses and other detailed execution tasks

Requirements:
• 1–3+ years of external audit, internal audit, or accounting experience
• Manufacturing audit exposure strongly preferred
• Solid understanding of reconciliations, testing procedures, and audit documentation
• Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills
• High attention to detail and ability to execute repeatable tasks accurately
• Strong communication skills and willingness to collaborate with multiple teams
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-heavy environment
