About the Role

This exciting Telesales position focuses on outbound sales to UK clients, working remotely from South Africa in a supportive, target-driven environment. Key Responsibilities:

Lead Generation & Cold Calling: Proactively identify and contact potential clients through targeted outreach and cold calling to build a robust pipeline.

Client Relationship Management: Foster long-term relationships with UK-based customers, providing personalized service and follow-ups to encourage repeat business.

Product Knowledge Mastery: Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of our premium wine range to educate and enthuse clients.

Sales Pitching: Deliver compelling, persuasive telephone pitches that highlight the unique qualities of Benguela Cove wines.

Promotion and Offers: Promote seasonal offers, limited editions, and exclusive deals to drive sales and customer engagement.

Order Management: Process orders accurately, coordinate shipments, and ensure seamless delivery experiences.

Corporate Gift Initiatives: Identify and pursue opportunities for corporate gifting, tailoring wine packages for businesses and events.

Reporting and Targets: Track sales activities, maintain accurate CRM records, and consistently meet or exceed monthly targets.

What We're Looking For – Non-Negotiables:

Proven Experience in Telesales or B2B Sales: A solid track record of success in telephone-based or business-to-business sales.

Persuasive Telephone Manner and Proactive Approach: Confident on calls, with the drive to initiate outreach and overcome objections.
