As part of its development, Volton strengthens its human resources in Athens and is seeking a Telesales Team leader.

We are seeking a skilled Telesales Team leader to join our team and take responsibility for the successful execution of TS projects, ensuring that our objectives are met with precision and efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Daily on-the-job coaching of the team to improve their sales skills (objection handling, active listening, closing techniques)
• Implement and oversee phone script structure, adding or modifying segments to maximize conversion
• Analyze team performance metrics and provide actionable feedback to each team member
• Manage and track ongoing campaigns’ progress, ensuring service level and answer rate targets are met
• Lead daily team meetings to align goals, provide motivational support, and identify training needs
• Develop and propose training sessions to address performance gaps
• Adjust dialer settings and strategies (retry ratios, call flow) to maximize productivity
• Support collaboration with Quality Control and Training teams to enable a culture of continuous improvement


Requirements:
• Previous experience of at least 3 years in Telesales, preferably within the Telco and Energy sectors
• Experience in team supervision and delivering training sessions
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to perform under pressure and handle multiple priorities
• Familiarity with CRM platforms (Salesforce, etc.)
• Ability to track, analyze, and report team performance metrics
• Commitment to delivering high service quality and operational excellence
