Requirements:
Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound calls to generate leads and promote AHOY's services to prospective clients.
• Build and maintain relationships with potential customers to understand their needs and provide relevant solutions.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets by effectively handling inquiries and converting them into sales.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and sales activities using our CRM system.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer queries and concerns promptly.
• Collaborate with team members to share insights and strategies for enhancing sales effectiveness.
• Stay updated on AHOY's offerings and industry trends to effectively communicate with potential clients.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree is a plus.
• Proven experience in telesales, sales, or customer service roles.
• Excellent communication and persuasive skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
