We are delighted to be working with a fantastic growing organisation that are expanding their sales operation and looking to bring in a Telesales Executive.
The Telesales Executive will be working within a lively, competitive sales team making outbound business to business calls seeking out and signing up new business. The Telesales Executive will be self motivated and thrive within a competitive and fast paced sales environment.
The Telesales Executive will be responsible for making mostly outbound calls to new and existing customers, identifying sales opportunities and effectively present key features and benefits of the product and secure new business.
As the Telesales Executive will be experienced working in either technology, mobile or telecommunications. It is essential that you have excellent telephone communication skills. You should be confident, flexible, and enthusiastic with proven experience in telephone sales within a target driven environment.
Education and Experience Required:
o High School Diploma or G.E.D
o six months or more customer service experience (preferred)
Job Knowledge and Skills required:
o Ability to use a computer
o Typing Skills (Typing test will be administered before interview)
o General banking knowledge
o Some Research skills required
o Shift work/Saturday work required
o OT required during peak seasons
o Ability to work in a fast paced, ever changing environment
o Ability to work in a multi-cultural environment
o Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Physical Demands/Work Environment:
o Regularly required to sit, reach, bend, and move about in an office environment.
