Job Description

Indodana adalah platform teknologi finansial (fintech lending) di Indonesia yang menyediakan layanan PayLater, cicilan tanpa kartu kredit, dan pinjaman tunai online. Indodana berizin dan diawasi oleh OJK.

- Memberikan edukasi dan penawaran produk pinjaman dengan jaminan BPKB melalui telepon kepada list customer yang diberikan

- Menghubungi customer yang telah memulai pengajuan di aplikasi namun belum menyelesaikannya

- Berkoordinasi dengan tim terkait agar customer yang telah melakukan pengajuan diproses sesegera mungkin

- Mencapai target call dan penjualan yang telah ditetapkan

- Pendidikan minimal SMA/SMK atau setara

- Memiliki pengalaman minimal 1 tahun sebagai Telesales/Telemarketing, diutamakan dari industri Perbankan, Multifinance atau atau pinjaman dengan jaminan BPKB

- Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi dan negosiasi persuasive yang baik.

- Terbiasa bekerja dengan target dan menggunakan computer

- Mampu menjelaskan simulasi cicilan dan rincian biaya secara akurat kepada nasabah.
