We are looking for a proactive and communicative individual to join our sales team as a Telesales Assistant. In this role, you will be responsible for acquiring new potential clients through cold calls, referrals from existing clients, online outreach and research, and sales activities via social and professional networks.

Your main responsibilities will include:
• Searching for potential clients in the assigned sales territory, e.g., through cold calls, referrals from existing clients, online research, and sales via social/professional networks.
• Understanding the products and services that best meet client needs.
• Preparing target lists in collaboration with the sales team and reporting on performance.
• Ensuring maximum use of sales potential to achieve agreed targets.
• Monitoring feedback from new clients to measure satisfaction with the Group’s products and services.
• Maintaining necessary sales records and storing relevant data in the information systems.
• Being responsible for achieving agreed sales targets.
• Expanding and updating the database with additional company data to enable better segmentation and sales approach.
• Complying with relevant rules and procedures to ensure adherence to regulations and procedures defined by the Company, the Group, and external regulators.
Education
• Three-year vocational education
• General secondary education; four- or five-year vocational secondary education
Work experience
• Minimum of 6 (six) months of experience in similar positions.
Competencies
• Croatian language: very good
• English language: basic
• Very good knowledge of office computer tools and computer use (MS Office)
• Strong communication and sales skills
• Goal-oriented
• Willingness for continuous learning and development
