Are you a confident communicator who thrives in a target-driven environment? We are looking for a motivated Tele sales Representative to join our growing sales team. You will connect with prospective customers by phone, understand their needs, and convert enquiries into sales — all while delivering an outstanding customer experience.
Key responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to promote products and services
Handle inbound sales enquiries and guide customers through the buying process
Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets on a monthly basis
Build and maintain strong customer relationships through professional and engaging communication
Accurately capture and update customer information in the CRM system
Follow up on leads, quotes, and pipeline opportunities in a timely manner
Collaborate with the sales team to share insights and refine pitching strategies
Handle objections confidently and professionally to close sales
Requirements
Proven experience in telesales, telemarketing
Excellent verbal communication skills with a clear, engaging phone manner
Strong ability to listen, identify customer needs, and tailor your pitch accordingly
Resilient, self-motivated, and comfortable working in a high-volume call environment
Good computer literacy and experience using a CRM system (advantageous)
Matric certificate required; a relevant sales or marketing qualification is a plus
Fluency in English; additional languages an advantage
