The Telesales Consultant Role

The purpose of this role is to handle customer enquiries and support the business in increasing sales volumes. You will be making appointments to new customers for our field-based sales executives. Key responsibilities:

• Using outbound calls to generate and convert business for new and existing customers
• Increasing the productivity of sales in your geographical area
• Answering incoming queries and informing relevant parties
• Increasing conversion of sales against marketing-driven campaigns
• Attending and participating in monthly sales meetings

Requirements:
Telesales Consultant Requirements:

• Previous experience working in a contact centre or sales environment would be preferred
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Self-motivated and target-driven
• Good IT skills
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
• You may be required to pass a DBS check depending on the role you have applied for
