Title: Telemetry RN – Cardiac Stepdown – Blue Springs, MO

Employment Type: Full-Time, Permanent

Shifts: Days or Nights (rotating weekends)

Compensation: $32.00 – $43.00/hr (based on experience)

Differentials: +$3.00/hr (Nights) | +$2.00/hr (Weekends)

Sign-On Bonus: $12,000 (with 2-year agreement)

Relocation: Available case by case

Overview

We are seeking a Telemetry RN – Cardiac Stepdown in Blue Springs, MO. This role supports a busy telemetry unit caring for monitored patients with complex cardiac and medical conditions. Nurses in this department gain valuable experience in a Level II Trauma setting while enjoying a collaborative, growth-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver safe and effective nursing care for cardiac telemetry patients.

• Monitor telemetry rhythms, document changes, and escalate care as needed.

• Support patients with post-op recovery, COPD, stroke, and chest pain.

• Educate patients and families to support recovery and wellness.

• Contribute to a culture of accountability, safety, and teamwork.

• Active RN license in Missouri or Compact state.

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing (ADN, Diploma, or BSN).

• At least 1 year of acute care RN experience.

• BLS required; ACLS within 1 year.
