We are looking for a confident and customer-focused Telecommunications Consultant to support outbound and inbound calling initiatives. The role involves engaging with prospective and existing customers, clearly communicating service offerings, and supporting lead conversion through effective follow-ups and coordination with internal teams.

Requirements:
Key Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers and follow up on existing leads.
• Clearly explain services and offerings in a professional and persuasive manner.
• Handle inbound customer queries promptly and courteously.
• Maintain accurate daily call logs and document call outcomes.
• Follow up with prospects to support lead qualification and conversion.
• Coordinate with sales and operations teams to ensure smooth client onboarding.
• Build positive customer relationships through consistent and effective communication.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in telecalling, customer support, or a similar role preferred (freshers may also apply).
• Strong fluency in spoken and written English.
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confident, proactive, and customer-oriented approach.
