Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking individual to join our construction team as Civil Construction Foreman, Wireless Civil knowledge is a must. In this role, you will be an essential part of various civil construction projects, contributing to the successful completion of infrastructure and development initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, a willingness to learn, and adapt to different construction tasks.

Duties/Responsibilities:

Operate as a Foreman in the installation, maintenance, and de-installation of all aspects of wireless cell site foundations, including compounds, shelters, trenchwork, concrete, conduit, steel erection & installations, electrical installations, RF installations, and site de-installations.

Utilize heavy equipment and trucking to excavate, install, and complete projects.

Foreman responsibilities and effectively interface with all levels of management, staff, and customer requirements

Conducting performance checks and regular maintenance - maintaining, repairing, and occasionally installing various cell tower types

Complete assigned tasks within project scope accurately and efficiently

Must be able to work at heights

Ability to travel overnight a week at a time

Working knowledge of cell site service monitors, RF test equipment, Fiber, and PIM equipment

Conducting performance checks and regular maintenance.

Ability to assist in the building of all types of communication sites. (Self supporting, guyed, monopoles, and rooftops)

Education and Experience:

OSHA certification or willingness to obtain one.

A valid driver's license is required.

Physical Requirements:

Ability to lift and carry heavy objects (up to 50 pounds).

Stamina and endurance for prolonged periods of physical activity.

Comfort with working at heights and in confined spaces.
