• Administration and maintenance of MS SQL Server databases;
• Management of complex architectures (AlwaysOn, replication, clusters);
• Execution and monitoring of backups and restores (Veritas NetBackup and Commvault);
• Support to internal teams and enterprise clients;
• Incident analysis and troubleshooting;
• Use of ServiceNow as an end user;
• Creation and optimization of T-SQL scripts;
• Contribution to continuous improvement initiatives.

Must-have

• Strong experience in SQL Server Administration;
• Solid knowledge of AlwaysOn, clusters and replication;
• Practical experience with backup/restore using Veritas and Commvault;
• Hands-on experience with T-SQL;
• Experience with Windows Server;
• Familiarity with ServiceNow;
• Strong troubleshooting skills.

Nice-to-have

• Experience in large-scale enterprise environments;
• Basic Linux knowledge;
• Microsoft certifications (plus).
