We are looking for a Red Team Coordinator / Offensive Security Lead to lead and actively contribute to our Red Team activities.

This role combines leadership and hands-on technical execution. You will be responsible for coordinating the Red Team, defining priorities, ensuring delivery quality, and acting as a key technical reference within the team. At the same time, you will actively participate in offensive security assessments, simulating real-world attack scenarios and identifying security weaknesses across critical systems.

You will engage with internal stakeholders and clients, ensuring clear communication of findings, risk exposure and remediation recommendations. The role also requires close collaboration with other security and technical teams to continuously improve the organization’s security posture.

We are looking for a proactive leader who takes ownership, drives results and maintains high technical standards within the team.

• +5 years of experience in Offensive Security / Red Team activities.
• Proven experience coordinating or leading technical cybersecurity teams.
• Strong hands-on experience in penetration testing, exploitation and attack simulation.
• At least two relevant cybersecurity certifications, such as:
• OSCP, OSEP, CRTP, CEH, PNPT, eCPPTv2, CPTS, CPENT, CREST, CompTIA PenTest+, ISO27001 Lead Auditor.
• Experience delivering reports and presenting findings to stakeholders.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.

Nice to Have

• Experience working with enterprise clients.
• Exposure to Purple Team methodologies.
• Experience mentoring junior security engineers.
