• Operate and maintain network infrastructure and services
• Perform incident analysis and troubleshooting (fast and effective)
• Execute and validate post-change interventions
• Monitor platforms and analyze performance metrics
• Manage alerts using tools like Zabbix, Prometheus, Grafana, etc.
• Support virtualized environments and M2M infrastructures
• Work closely with technical teams and validate application reports

Technical Skills:

• Experience in IT infrastructure or network support
• Knowledge of TCP/IP and common network protocols
• Experience with Linux
• Basic scripting (bash) is a plus
• Monitoring tools experience (Prometheus, Grafana, etc.)
• Databases: PostgreSQL or MongoDB (basic knowledge)
• Good English level

Nice to have: Telco or M2M background.
