Job Description

This role is for IT Infrastructure projects
Need a very assertive Project Manager

• Cisco Call Manager
• Call Routing
• Call Scripting
• UCCE
• PG’s (Peripheral gateways)
• Networking Infrastructure
• Server Infrastructure
• Cloud Infrastructure
• Ability to carry on architecture level conversations with engineers

Must have IVR/Telecom and general infrastructure experience
Looking for a strong personality that is capable of pushing the team to execute the tasks

This is the largest project under the infrastructure portfolio which includes Telecom refreshes, processes and policies on IVR Call Center.
