This isn’t just a “manage the timeline” role—you’ll be hands-on, solving problems, aligning teams, and driving projects forward.

Our client is a London, England–based service provider delivering high-end optical fiber networking and fully managed solutions for businesses that require fast and reliable connectivity. Their services range from network and cloud connectivity to hosting, systems integration, and fully managed environments.
They are currently expanding their team in the Philippines and are looking for a hands-on Telecom Project Manager who thrives in fast-paced environments to join their team.

Duties and Responsibilities:
• Own delivery of telecom projects (network rollouts, upgrades, deployments) from start to finish
• Report directly to COO
• Turn big ideas into clear, actionable plans and keep everyone aligned
• Work closely with engineers, vendors, and stakeholders to keep projects moving
• Spot risks early and solve problems before they slow us down
• Keep communication simple, clear, and frequent — no surprises
• Manage budgets, timelines, and resources without overcomplicating things
• Help improve how we deliver projects as we scale (we’re always iterating)
Requirements:
• 5+ years of experience managing telecom or network infrastructure projects
• Solid understanding of telecom tech (fiber, CPE, IP)
• Comfortable working in ambiguity and figuring things out as you go
• Strong communicator — you can translate between technical and non-technical teams
• Naturally proactive — you don’t wait to be told what to do
• Organized, but flexible when things change (because they will)
Advantageous or Nice to haves:
• Experience in startups or high-growth environments
• Worked on fibre rollout, or data centre deployments & migrations
• Familiarity with Agile or hybrid delivery approaches
• Experience with tools like Microsoft suite / HubSpot / project management tools
• Vendor or partner management experience
