At Ibis Solutions, we are developing a modern telecom software platform designed to support operators in managing complex network environments and operational processes. Our solution integrates with diverse network technologies and external systems, helping telecom teams monitor, analyze, and manage their infrastructure more efficiently.

We are looking for a Telecom Domain Expert who understands telecom networks and OSS environments and can help shape how our platform evolves to address real operational needs of telecom operators.

In this role, you will work closely with engineering teams, customers, and stakeholders to translate telecom domain knowledge into product capabilities and practical solutions.

What You Will Work On

Collaborate with engineering teams to define telecom use cases and functional requirements for our OSS platform

Translate telecom operational needs into clear product requirements and solution concepts

Work with customers to understand their environments, challenges, and integration needs

Support workshops, discussions, and requirement clarification with telecom operators

Help refine product capabilities related to network monitoring, topology, inventory, and operational workflows

Contribute domain expertise during product evolution, implementation, and rollout phases

What You Bring

Strong understanding of telecom network environments and operational processes

Experience working with OSS systems, network monitoring, or network management platforms

Knowledge of telecom network technologies such as IP/MPLS, GPON, LTE/5G, DOCSIS, DSL or similar

Familiarity with telecom protocols and operational standards (e.g. SNMP, network topology, MIBs)

Ability to translate telecom domain needs into structured requirements and solution ideas

Experience collaborating with technical teams and stakeholders

Nice to Have

Experience working with telecom operators or telecom software vendors

Exposure to OSS/BSS integration projects

Familiarity with Linux-based environments and system integrations

Experience participating in customer workshops or solution design discussions
