The Telecaller Executive plays a key role in driving the company's outreach efforts by communicating with potential customers, generating leads, and supporting sales initiatives. This position requires effective communication skills and a strong customer service orientation to build relationships with clients over the phone.
Responsibilities:
• Conduct outbound calls to potential clients to promote the company's services and offerings.
• Engage customers in meaningful conversations to identify their needs and offer appropriate solutions.
• Maintain a friendly and professional demeanor while communicating with clients to establish rapport.
• Follow up with leads generated from marketing campaigns and track the progress of these leads.
• Document calls, leads, and customer interactions in the CRM system and maintain accurate records.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets for calls made, leads generated, and sales conversions.
• Provide feedback to the management team regarding customer inquiries and market trends.
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business or a related field is preferred.
• Proven experience in telemarketing or a similar role is an advantage.
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
• Basic computer and data entry skills, with familiarity in using CRM systems.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Goal-oriented with a desire to achieve targets and contribute to sales success.
• Flexibility in working hours, including weekends if necessary.
