Job Summary:
Primarily responsible for generating sales through outbound and inbound telephone calls and developing profitable relationships with customers that will deliver agreed levels of revenue and profit from assigned sales territory whilst exceeding key customer expectations.
Principal Accountabilities:
Sales & Revenue Generation
Achieve Sales Targets through consistently meeting or exceeding monthly, quarterly, or daily sales quotas.
Proactively contacting potential customers to introduce SES CCUs and generate interest.
Handling inbound query by managing incoming calls and WhatsApp enquiries efficiently to convert potential leads into revenue.
Upselling and Cross-selling by identifying opportunities to promote additional, relevant, or higher-value products to existing customers.
Develop and maintain profitable customer relationship.
Analyse customers’ needs to ensure customers’ requirements are understood and met.
Demonstrate product Expertise by maintaining in-depth, up-to-date knowledge of the company’s product or service portfolio.
Maintain customers’ relationship by building and maintaining strong, long-lasting relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
Provide after-Sales Support by checking in with customers post-service delivery to ensure satisfaction, troubleshoot problems, and resolve complaints.
Provide operational & administrative commercial support
Maintain the integrity of the CRM by accurately logging all calls, customer interactions, and sales data in CRM software.
Generate and qualify leads and update customer information, such as address or contact details.
Maintain accurate records and produce daily, weekly, or monthly sales reports on call status, conversions, and pipeline progress.
Qualifications and Experience:
Minimum of bachelor’s degree with NYSC discharge certificate
Minimum of 3 years sales experience in a structured sales environment with a reputable multinational organisation.
Membership of relevant professional bodies is an added advantage.
