Position Summary

As a Tele-Sales Agent at Taager, you will play a vital role in driving sales and generating revenue through outbound calls. You will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers, qualifying leads, and closing deals.

Responsibilities

Outbound Calling: Make outbound calls to potential customers to generate interest and schedule appointments.

Lead Qualification: Qualify leads based on their needs and fit with our target market.

Sales Presentations: Deliver effective sales presentations to potential customers, highlighting the value of our products or services.

Negotiation: Negotiate terms and conditions with customers to close deals.

Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.

Sales Reporting: Track and report on sales activities, performance metrics, and pipeline management.

Continuous Learning: Stay updated on industry trends and product knowledge to enhance sales effectiveness.

Qualifications

Proven experience in tele-sales or a related field.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Results-oriented with a strong drive to achieve sales targets.

Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.

Additional Skills (Preferred):

Experience working in a startup environment.

Knowledge of the Egyptian market and customer landscape.
