🎯 Role Overview
We are looking for a Tele sales Agent to communicate with parents via phone and chat, guide them through our programs, and convert interested leads into enrolled students.
🛠 Responsibilities
• Contact leads via phone & chat
• Explain program details clearly
• Understand parent needs and recommend suitable plans
• Handle objections professionally
• Follow up with interested parents
• Update CRM accurately
• Achieve monthly sales targets
Requirements:
• 6 months – 1 year experience in Sales or Customer Service
• Comfortable speaking English
• Experience using CRM systems is a plus
• Strong communication & persuasion skills
• Goal-oriented mindset
