You will play a key role in understanding patient concerns, explaining treatment options, and ensuring a smooth and supportive experience from consultation to follow-up.
Requirements:
Key Responsibilities
• Counsel patients on skin, hair, and laser treatment options based on their concerns and goals
• Explain procedures, treatment plans, timelines, and expected outcomes clearly and confidently
• Build trust with patients through empathetic communication and personalized guidance
• Manage patient data, appointments, and follow-ups using CRM or clinic management software
• Coordinate closely with doctors, therapists, and clinic staff to ensure seamless care delivery
• Track patient progress, treatment adherence, and satisfaction
• Address patient queries, concerns, and objections in a professional manner
• Support the clinic’s consultation-to-conversion process while maintaining ethical standards
