As part of its development Volton strengthens its human resources in Athens and seeks a Telco Sales Operations.
The Sales Operations Officer role provides both strategic and operational support to the Sales Department, aiming to ensure smooth process execution, data accuracy, performance analysis, and continuous improvement of the sales team’s efficiency.
Responsibilities
• Manage and maintain CRM systems and customer databases
• Monitor KPIs and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports
• Develop and maintain sales dashboards and management reporting
• Support sales pipeline management and follow-up processes
• Coordinate activities between Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, and Back Office teams
• Assist in the preparation and management of offers, contracts, and commercial proposals
• Standardize and optimize sales processes and workflows
• Review the accuracy of offers and pricing information
• Support onboarding and training of new Sales team members
• Participate in the planning and monitoring of sales campaigns and maintain organized sales documentation
Requirements:
• 2+ years of previous experience in Sales Operations or Sales Support is considered an asset
• Strong knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets and data analysis
• Experience with CRM systems
• Understanding of telecommunications products and services is considered an advantage
