Job Overview

We are looking for a Tekla Detailer to produce accurate structural and/or piping detailing deliverables for steel and modular structure projects. The role involves creating 3D models, 2D shop drawings, fabrication documentation, MTOs, reports, and mark lists while ensuring compliance with project specifications, detailing standards, and client requirements.

The ideal candidate has strong hands-on experience in Tekla Structures, AutoCAD, and/or CADWorx, with solid exposure to steel detailing, modular structures, piping design, fabrication drawings, RFIs, and document control.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare structural and/or piping 3D models, 2D shop drawings, fabrication drawings, MTOs, reports, and mark lists.

Review project specifications, construction drawings, engineering inputs, and client requirements.

Maintain modelling standards, drawing numbering, revision control, and document control requirements.

Prepare, submit, and track RFIs before and after modelling.

Check connections, member placement, model details, and drawing outputs before submission for review.

Resolve detailing issues before fabrication and coordinate with clients, designers, detailers, and project teams.

Ensure outputs meet project requirements, detailing standards, fabrication needs, and quality expectations.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer-Aided Drafting, or related field.

5–8 years’ experience in steel and modular structure shop detailing.

Strong hands-on experience in Tekla Structures v2020 or later and AutoCAD.

For piping profiles, experience in CADWorx or similar CAD/detailing software is preferred.

Experience with Navisworks for model review and reporting is an advantage.

Knowledge of Australian Construction Standards, AS/NZS ISO 9001, AS4100/5100, or similar standards is preferred.

Strong ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and engineering inputs.

Detail-oriented and accurate, with good communication and coordination skills.

Willing to work in the office full-time at Arcovia City, Brgy. Ugong, Pasig City. (Monday - Friday, shifting schedule)
