Job Description

1. Rukovanje parnim instalacijama i sudovima pod pritiskom po nalogu neposrednog rukovodioca

2. Kontrolisanje rada sudova pod pritiskom i praćenje tehnološkog stanja sudova i instalacija

3. Staranje o tehničkoj ispravnosti sudova i instalacija pod pritiskom

4. Preventivno delovanje na održavanju instalacija u cilju ispravnosti istih

5. Priilikom proizvodnje tehnološke pare u pogonu kotlarnice omogućava neometano funkcionisanje pogona tako što:

- Kontroliše sistem punjenja uglja u bunkere pogona kotlarnice 

- Kontroliše sistem doziranja uglja u kotlove 

- Kontroliše sve neophodne parametre za rad pogona i proizvodnju tehnološke pare

- Kontroliše i vrši hemijsku pripremu  vode

- Kontroliše sistem odlaganja pepela

- Vrši čišćenje svih ventilacionih kanala ( svežeg vazduha i dimnih gasova ) u cilju nesmetanog rada pogona

- Proverava sistem prebacivanja kondezata na vreme

6. Održavanje pogona za proizvodnju tehnološke pare u operativnom i ispravnom stanju

7. Po potrebi upravljanje uređajima za košenje trave (trimeri) i održavanje fabričkog kruga 

8. Vulkanizacija gumiranih metalnih delova u autoklavu

9. Rad sa radnicima mašinske struke na planiranim i neplaniranim intervencijama i servisima mašina i opreme 

10. Upravljanje vozilima unutršnjeg transporta ( traktor i viljuškar )
