Teens Club Animator
The Teens Club Animator is responsible for creating a fun, safe, and engaging environment for teenagers. This role involves organizing and supervising activities, ensuring safety regulations are followed, and providing excellent customer service to teens.
• Supervise and interact with teenagers, ensuring a positive and inclusive environment.
• Plan, organize, and lead a variety of recreational, social, and educational activities.
• Encourage participation in games, creative projects, discussions, and team-building exercises.
• Foster a respectful and supportive space for teens to express themselves.
• Monitor all activities to ensure a safe and controlled environment.
• Conduct regular safety checks and report any issues to the supervisor.
• Respond appropriately to emergencies, conflicts, or behavioral concerns.
• Provide guidance and support to teens, helping them navigate club activities.
• Assist in maintaining records of attendance, incidents, and program participation.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the club space, equipment, and supplies.
• Assist in managing inventory of games, arts and crafts supplies, and other materials.
• Support the Supervisor in administrative duties as required.
• High school diploma or equivalent qualification in Education, Recreation, or a related field is a plus.
• Experience working with teenagers in a recreational, educational, or hospitality role preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to connect with and positively influence teenagers.
• Leadership and problem-solving abilities.
• Creativity in planning and leading activities.
• Patience, enthusiasm, and a passion for working with youth.
