Per la Direzione Sales siamo alla ricerca di una figura di Tecnico Installatore per la configurazione del sistema casse DISH POS da inserire nel Team Digital Sales Force.

Il ruolo del Tecnico Installatore del sistema DISH POS  prevede la gestione e il monitoraggio dell'intero processo di implementazione del nuovo sistema casse METRO, DISH POS (set up, installazione software e hardware). Inoltre si occupa dell'installazione del POS in loco e offre agli utenti finali e ai colleghi Sales una formazione tecnica sul prodotto e le sue funzionalità per migliorare la redditività commerciale

In particolare, questa figura:

• supporta nell'installazione del sistema casse in loco
• è responsabile dell'intero processo di installazione, dall'implementazione alla consegna
• fornisce consulenza ai clienti e migliora i loro processi gestionali, insieme al team Sales
• fornisce formazione tecnica agli utenti finali sulla gestione del prodotto
• eroga formazione interna sulle caratteristiche del prodotto ed eventuali aggiornamenti
• si interfaccia con i colleghi di Corporate sullo sviluppo e su tematiche tecniche legate al POS
• gestisce tutte le eventuali attività operative e/o accessorie connesse e/o collegate alle mansioni svolte

• Istruzione: Diploma/Laurea triennale
• Esperienza: Almeno 2 anni in ruoli in ambiti analoghi (preferibilmente consulenza tecnica e in attività di installazione di prodotti tecnologici)
• Conoscenza di sistemi in-cloud
• Competenze su sistemi Server Linux
• Conoscenza del protocollo TCP/IP
• Organizzazione training di formazione
• Conoscenza tool CRM (preferibilmente Salesforce.com)
• Microsoft Office
• Lingua inglese – livello intermedio
• Pianificazione e organizzazione
