Responsibilities / Tasks

Siamo alla ricerca di un Tecnico di Assistenza con competenze elettriche e software, specializzato in impianti industriali per il settore alimentare.
La figura ideale proviene dal mondo della trasformazione industriale, con esperienza su sistemi di automazione e linee produttive complesse.

Cosa farai

• Installazione, configurazione e manutenzione delle componenti software e hardware presso clienti del settore food & beverage

• Interventi da remoto per la diagnosi e il ripristino delle funzionalità di impianti automatizzati

• Collaborazione attiva con il team Helpdesk per la condivisione di conoscenze e la risoluzione efficace delle problematiche tecniche

• Supporto tecnico-commerciale nella preparazione di offerte per upgrade e modifiche ai sistemi di automazione nella sua sfera di competenza

• Implementazione e sviluppo di soluzioni applicative personalizzate, garantendo un servizio di assistenza eccellente

Your Profile / Qualifications

Requisiti per il ruolo

• Conoscenza programmazione in ambito PLC: SIEMENS & ROCKWELL

• Conoscenza Database in ambiente MS SQL Server

• Conoscenza sistemi SCADA (Wonderware InTouch e System Platform preferenziale)

• Conoscenza fluente della lingua inglese

• Orientamento al cliente;

• Buone capacità relazionali, autonomia, curiosità, abilità nel problem solving

• Capacità di troubleshooting

• Predisposizione a lavorare in team

• Disponibilità a trasferte estere occasionali

• Buona lettura schemi elettrici

• Conoscenza funzionamento accessori bordo macchina quali: inverter, flussimetri, valvole pneumatiche, motori elettrici
