A Day in the Life

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned.

• Monitors Complex Chronic Disease Patients in a case management role via tele-monitoring.
• Involves telephonic assessment of a patient's disease and biometric status, triage of critical situations, and education of patients on their condition(s), co-morbidities, medications and lifestyle requirements.
• In addition, provides timely communication of appropriate information to the patient's provider/case manager as needed.

Conocimientos y experiencia requeridos:

• Carrera universitaria de Técnico superior en enfermería o Arsenalero(a) de Hemodinamia.
• Mínimo 2 años de experiencia en pabellón de hemodinamia.
• Conocimientos y manejo de insumos relacionados a la atención de los pacientes de hemodinamia.
• Experiencia en paciente críticos deseable.
