About You

As an Enterprise Sales Executive at Innovative Business Solutions – IBS, you are both a generalist and deep sales expert. You can handle almost any task required to close small and large enterprise deals on your own. However, you favor involving the team. You collaborate with marketing, product development and customer operations. You will innovate new ways to drive sales throughout and create organizational and product learning. You will help establish and refine repeatable processes for sales. You have specific expertise and passion for closing deals, but your broader skills are vital to IBS Inc. You will help create new content, qualify, and hunt prospects, refine methods, enhance ideal customer profiles, expand existing accounts, navigate complex organizations, and help embed IBS deeply as an enterprise solution. Traction may come in several ways. You will be responsible for helping us improve all the ways we acquire, retain, and grow customers.

Duties and Responsibilities

Client Engagement: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their technological needs and aligning solutions to address business challenges.

Sales Strategy: Formulate and execute effective sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets. Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings to maintain a competitive edge.

Product Knowledge: Possess a deep understanding of our technology and cybersecurity product portfolio. Articulate product features and benefits to potential clients, demonstrating how our solutions address their unique requirements.

Lead Generation: Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities. Collaborate with marketing and other teams to generate leads and create a robust sales pipeline.

Negotiation and Closing: Navigate complex sales cycles, leading negotiations and closing deals. Ensure contracts are structured appropriately and meet the needs of both the client and the organization.

Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product development, marketing, and customer support, to ensure a seamless client experience and successful solution implementation.

Requirements and Qualifications/What you need to Qualify.

Proven track record of success in technology sales, with a focus on cybersecurity solutions.

Strong understanding of the technology landscape and industry trends.

 Excellent communication and presentation skills.

 Results-oriented mindset with a demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.

Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.

 Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or a related field.

At least 1 year of experience in technology sales, preferably in cybersecurity would be an asset.

Proficiency in CRM tools and sales software.

Other Requirements

A valid Driver's License

Personal Vehicle preferred.
