We're looking for a Technology / Platform Architect (Technical Architect) to join our AI team. This role sits between technology strategy and hands-on architecture guidance, with emphasis on event-driven architectures, roadmap building, and technology adoption.

Responsibilities

• Set the direction for utilization of available technology and architecture components across engineering.
• Build and maintain a Technology Adoption Roadmap that transforms high level strategy and customer needs into concrete initiatives and implementations.
• Provide direction and feedback that helps us improve technology adoption, platform capabilities, and product features.
• Continuous support to Pod Leads and Managers helping to build roadmaps, create plans, and break projects into executable pieces of work.

• Deep knowledge and understanding of event-driven architecture required to facilitate the continuous improvement cycle.
• A broad understanding of technologies such as generative AI – and ability to translate technology into business.
• Bridge understanding between multiple internal roles (including ops, engineers, data scientists, business analysts, customer success managers), stakeholders, customers.
• 5+ years of experience in software development.
• 3+ years of experience as architect.
• Strong experience with Python.
• Experience with vanilla JavaScript.
• Experience with relational databases (eg. PostgreSQL) and KV stores (eg. Redis).
• Experience in cloud platform (Azure / AWS / GCP).
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and tools like GitHub Actions.
• Strong understanding of event-driven systems and distributed architectures.
• Proficiency in English language (B2+/C1 level).

Nice to have 

• Experience with containerization tools (Docker / Podman) and orchestration platform (Kubernetes).

• Location: Hybrid in Warsaw; 
• Long-term cooperation (2+ years);
• Type of contract: B2B; 
• Rate: up to 300 PLN/h net + vat;
• Start: ASAP - 1 month (possibility to start later).
