Role: Technology Lead - PLSQL & INFORMATICA
Location: Durham, NC
Duration: Fulltime/Permanent

Qualifications
Basic

· Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
· At least 4 years of experience with Information Technology.

Preferred:

· At least 4 of experience in Requirements Analyst, Gathering, Specification creations, Design, development and implementation with Oracle PL/SQL with the following mandatory skills:
o At least 4 years of experience in designing and writing complex PL/SQL stored procedures
o Ability to design data models
o Ability to convert business requirements into data model and PL/SQL code
o Self-organized individual who can work in an Agile environment
· At least 4 years of experience in Requirements Analysis, Requirements Gathering in a client facing role for US based Financial Services clients
· Perform the role of a single point of contact for the client for the development and implementation of technical modules.
· Good analytical and communication skills
· Expertise in SDLC lifecycle, Change management, Product management including version, configuration management
· Experience in Agile methodology development
· Experience and desire to work in a Global Delivery Model
· Ability to come up with :
o Defining technical standards for a given project
o Enforce tool usage for quality and productivity benefits
o Devise methods to reuse existing tools and components for productivity benefits
o Create artifacts that can be reused across engagements
· At least 4 years of experience working on Informatica along with PL/SQL
· At least 4 years of experience in Project life cycle activities on development and maintenance projects.
· At least 4 years of experience in Design and architecture review.
· Ability to work in team in diverse/ multiple stakeholder environment
· Experience in Asset Management domain
· Analytical skills
· Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment
