Role: Technology Lead - .Net/ C# / WCF/ Web Services
Duration:Full TIme
Location: Plano TX

Qualifications Basic
• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
• At least 4 years of experience with Information Technology.

Preferred
• At least 7 years of C# .Net, ADO.Net, .Net framework, Webservice development and Integration, Web APIs, Service Oriented Arch., Multithreading, WCF and WebAPIs
• At least 5 years’ of experience in Relational database/SQL.
• At least 5 years of experience in software development life cycle.
• At least 5 years of experience in Project life cycle activities on development and maintenance projects.
• At least 5 years of experience in Design and architecture review.
• Analytical and Problem solving skills
• Experience with following, auditing and bringing improvements in SDLC processes, Agile, TDD
• At least 6 years of experience in working on middleware development in .Net. Building components, libraries, Services using C#.Net, Entity Framework, LINQ, WCF/WebServices/WebAPI in an SOA world.
• Strong understanding of processes and threads with at least 4 years of experience in creating Multithreaded, multi-node, high performing applications.
• Ability to effectively improve the performance of the components/applications/services.
• Well versed with various design patterns.
• At least 3 years of experience in Agile, Scrum or Kanban Methodologies
• At least 3 years of experience in tools such as Jira, Jenkins and Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery
• Ability to work in team in a diverse/ multiple stakeholder environment
• Experience in Trading, Financial Services and Wealth Management is preferred.
