JOB DESCRIPTION:

Role : Technology Lead –Java (Spring / Struts)

Work Locations : Tampa, FL/Boston, MA/Durham, NC/Jacksonville, FL/Jersey City, NJ/Manhattan, NY/Merrimack, NH/New York, NY/Raleigh, NC

Duration : Full Time

QualificationsBasic

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.

• At least 4 years of experience in Information Technology and Java/J2EE (Spring / Struts)

Preferred

• At least 4 years of experience in Core Java Developement, Application development using SPRING/STRUTS.

• At least 4 years of experience with Java, J2EE, JQuery, HTML5, JavaScript, CSS3, XML, Web services, Spring MVC, Struts

• At least 4 years of experience working with Java and Advanced Java languages

• At least 4 years of experience working with database - Oracle, SQL/PLSQL, Performance Tuning

• At least 4 years of experience working with OS: UNIX/LINUX

- File system management

- Shell commands

- Capability to stop and start needed services running on UNIX hosts

- UNIX Scripting knowledge

• At least 2 years of experience in translating functional/non-functional requirements to system requirements

• At least 4 years of experience in software development life cycle.

• At least 2 years of experience in Project life cycle activities on development and maintenance projects.

• At least 2 years of experience in Design and architecture review.

• Ability to work in team in diverse/ multiple stakeholder environment

• Experience in Financial Services domain

• Analytical skills

• Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment
